Microcurrent Neurofeedback is a gentle, science-backed therapy designed to help the brain reset, self-regulate, and perform at its best. Whether you’re struggling with stress, focus, sleep, or emotional overwhelm, our sessions guide your brain toward healthier patterns—naturally and effortlessly.
How Microcurrent Neurofeedback Works
Your brain constantly communicates using electrical signals. When stress, trauma, or chronic dysregulation occurs, those signals can become stuck in rigid, unhelpful patterns. Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) helps interrupt these patterns so the brain can reorganize itself.
During a session:
- Small sensors are placed on the scalp
- A tiny microcurrent—so subtle you won’t feel it—is delivered
- The brain receives a “momentary interruption”
- This interruption encourages the brain to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a more balanced state
Unlike traditional neurofeedback, MCN doesn’t require you to watch screens, follow tasks, or “train” your brain. It simply supports your central nervous system in returning to its natural rhythm.
Most people feel changes quickly, sometimes within the first few sessions.
The Benefits of Microcurrent Neurofeedback
Clients commonly report:
- Calmer mood and reduced anxiety
- Better sleep and deeper rest
- Improved memory, focus, and mental clarity
- Less overwhelm and irritability
- Greater emotional resilience
- Reduction in physical tension
- More stable day-to-day functioning
- Feeling more like themselves again
Because MCN works with the brain—not against it—changes often feel effortless, natural, and long-lasting.

What to Expect During a Session
A session is simple, comfortable. Our process typically is:
- Consultation
Your provider will review your concerns, goals, and history. - Sensor Placement
A few sensors are placed lightly on the scalp and neck—no pain, no invasive equipment. - The MCN Process
A subtle microcurrent is delivered while you relax. You can sit quietly, read, or simply rest. - Immediate After-Effects
Most people feel calm, grounded, and clear afterward. Some feel slightly tired or energized—both are normal. - Progress Over Time
Results build gradually. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within 1–3 sessions, with deeper changes occurring over several weeks.
FAQ
How many sessions will I need?
Most people will start twice a week for the first 3 weeks then decrease to weekly. Usually 12-20 visits total.
Is Microcurrent Neurofeedback safe?
Yes. The microcurrent used is extremely low—far below what most everyday devices emit. It is non-invasive, painless, and safe for all ages.
Will I feel the microcurrent?
No. The stimulation is so gentle that it cannot be felt physically.
How long do results last?
Many clients experience long-term improvements as their nervous system finds a more stable pattern. Occasional maintenance sessions are optional.
Is this the same as traditional neurofeedback?
No. Traditional neurofeedback requires active participation and training. MCN is passive — the brain does the work automatically.
Can kids receive MCN?
Yes. Children often respond extremely well because their brains are highly adaptable.
How to prep for the session
Sensors will be placed on the forehead so it is best not to have lotion or face products on that area.
